Operations Manager – Data Center & Industrial Construction – Atlanta, GA

Tekna Search is recruiting an experienced Operations Manager in Atlanta, Georgia to support the delivery of large-scale data center, manufacturing, commercial and industrial construction projects across the United States.

This role is with a leading general contractor headquartered in the Southeastern United States that delivers complex infrastructure and mission critical projects for major clients across the country. The organization has built a strong reputation for delivering large-scale technical construction projects and generates over $2.5 billion in annual revenue.

The Operations Manager will play a key leadership role in overseeing project execution, operational performance and construction delivery across multiple large-scale projects. The position will work closely with project teams and senior leadership to ensure successful delivery of complex construction developments including hyperscale data centers and industrial facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational delivery across large-scale data center and industrial construction projects

• Support project teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget

• Coordinate project managers, subcontractors and construction teams

• Monitor project performance, schedules and financial metrics

• Support strategic planning and operational improvements across project portfolios

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and operational standards

Requirements

• Experience in operations leadership within construction, infrastructure or industrial project environments

• Strong background working with a general contractor delivering large-scale construction projects

• Experience supporting delivery of complex commercial, industrial or data center projects

• Strong leadership, communication and project coordination skills

• Degree in construction management, engineering or a related discipline preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $190,000 – $210,000
